Meet Chiquita

Mrs. Prudhomme’s educational experiences have allowed her to collaborate with a diverse group of educators (district level personnel, principals, assistant principals, and teachers) to increase students’ achievement. She ushers in support to the education environment that focus on a student centered learning environment, well-trained confident teachers, and strong instructional leadership teams. Her educational philosophy: “It’s not so important on what’s new to learn, but how do we interact, process, and form deep meaningful connections with the learning so that it will last us a lifetime.”

 

Chiquita has earned a master’s degree in Educational Administration (Principal Certification) and a master’s degree in School Counseling (School Counseling Certification) with 10 years of experience as a School Administrator and a total of 27 years of hands-on educational experience. Specifically, she has provided classroom embedded instructional support by planning, modeling, and giving feedback to teachers/administrators throughout the school year.

 

She is proficient in giving intentional and intensive onboarding assistant to new teachers or teachers in need of additional support. Chiquita passionately and actively engages in trainings, professional developments, and PLC meetings with the outcome of producing master teachers and successful confident students.
