To provide highest quality professional development and mentoring as well as build capacity. We are a professional development group who provides ongoing, differentiated support and job-embedded coaching and development to any group of teachers for all schools.

Our Responsibilities

Keep documentation logs of classroom visits, teacher-student interactions & feedback, and progress of the teacher(s) growth.

Support teachers on a differentiate

approach based on their individual

needs.

Provide coaching and guidance to teachers on matters relating to classroom management, routines, and procedures, lesson planning, data driven progress management, student engagement strategies, positive classroom environment, time management, managing paperwork, student feedback, and parent communication, etc.

Actively engage in trainings, professional developments, and planning with other Teaching Support Professionals.

Work with uncertified/certified teachers and novice teachers to develop and implement individual teacher support plans (i.e., classroom management, pedagogy, lesson pacing, professional relationship building with parents, students, peers, and administration).
